Following the Government’s latest announcement that Norfolk will be entering Tier 4, from Boxing Day (26th December).

Castle Quarter & its car parks will be closed, on Boxing Day. However, Boots will be open from 9:30-3:30pm, only from the optician’s entrance at the top of Rose Lane.

The Centre will reopen on Sunday 27th December, from 10am-4pm for essential retailers, click & collect, takeaways & deliveries. Please check with the individual retailer before traveling.

Going forward the centre doors will open at 8am & close at 6pm Monday – Saturday. Please check shop trading times with the individual retailers.

Our opening hours will be under constant review throughout the tier 4 period & may be changed at short notice.
