Charlotte’s journey began at just 17, when she founded Charisma – now one of the most established and respected beauty salons in Norwich. Over more than 20 years, the business has built a loyal client base and a strong reputation for exceptional service and advanced treatments.
In March 2026, Charisma entered an exciting new phase, relocating to a larger, fully renovated premises at 14 Timberhill, still within Castle Quarter. The new three-storey space has been designed as a contemporary beauty destination, featuring multiple treatment rooms, dedicated areas for advanced skincare and laser treatments, as well as expanded nail and relaxation facilities.
The move reflects the growing demand for results-driven, non-invasive treatments and allows the Charisma team to expand both their services and their team.
Rather than leaving the original Farmers Avenue salon behind, Charlotte saw an opportunity to create something new – leading to the launch of The Beauty Hub Norwich.
