Shop and swap with us. New-U is a unique boutique style shop in central Norwich, offering quality pre-loved clothing and accessories for women and men. Bring in your pre-loved or unworn items and exchange them for swap points for a 50% discount off anything in store, for example a top priced at 8 points will cost you 4 swap points and £2 or, if you don’t have swap points yet, you would just pay £4.
To earn points simply Bring in up to 10 good quality, clean items you no longer wear (or have never worn)* into one of our shops.
You can also pick up a bargain at our monthly £1 jumble sale. Find us in the Honestly Library on Level 2 on last Sat of each month.
New-U is a registered charity (1186761), with two primary aims:
To support unemployed young people to make positive steps towards work or training.
To promote a sustainable approach to fashion by swapping clothes in our Norwich store and by selling online.
We also offer free clothing to those in need, via referrals and smart wear borrowing schemes for interviews, wedding and funerals etc.
