Get ready to roll into spooky season with our Skate & Scare event here at Castle Quarter!
On Thursday 30th October, from 10am – 4pm, White Lion Square (outside Boots on the ground floor) will be transformed into a ghoulishly good roller-skating rink, complete with haunting Halloween music, eerie lighting, themed decorations and even our staff dressed in their spookiest costumes.
What to expect
Free roller-skating sessions throughout the day
All skates and safety equipment provided
Spooky soundtrack and atmosphere to set the scene
A prize for the best Halloween costume on skates!
Whether you’re a skating pro or a complete beginner, this is a frightfully fun way for families, friends and Halloween fans of all ages to celebrate together.
Supporting a local cause
While skating is completely free, we’ll be raising money for The Hamlet, a Norwich-based charity supporting children, young people and adults with disabilities and complex health needs. Donations on the day are warmly welcomed, and members of The Hamlet team will be there to share more about their important work.
Join the fun
No booking is required – just turn up, lace up your skates (or borrow ours!) and join the Halloween celebrations. Costumes are very much encouraged, and if you’re spotted gliding around in a spooktacular outfit, you could take home a prize!
